This months old school box contains:

2 x Battenberg Slice - approx 2" square and 1.5" thick.

2 x Angel Loaf - Layers of white and pink sponge topped with feathered icing.

2 x Viennese Whirl - filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

Products will be posted First Class with Royal Mail on Wednesday 29th September. Please be aware Royal Mail is taking slightly longer than usual in some areas. Please be patient, they will be worth the wait! 

Photos are a representation of the product. I make all products to order so there may be some slight variation, after all, I’m not a factory!

All products come in boxes 9.5" x 6.5" x 2". I would recommend posting them somewhere where there is someone in (shouldn't be difficult at the minute!)

Please store products in a cool dry place. Keep in an airtight container. They should be consumed within 7 days of being baked.

Allergens are highlighted in bold. Products area made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, soya, peanuts and nuts

Viennese Whirls Ingredients: Butter [Butter (Milk), Salt (1.7%)], Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Icing Sugar, Raspberry Jam ((Glucose Syrup, Raspberries, Sugar Syrup, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate), Colour (Anthocyanins)).

Angel Loaf Ingredients: Self Raising Flour (Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agent (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum)), Margarine (Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (70%) (Rapeseed, Palm1, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.4%), Buttermilk (Milk), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acid (Citric Acid), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavourings, Vitamin A and D), Sugar, Eggs, Icing Sugar, Water, Vanilla (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Colour (Caramel E150a)), Pink ProGel (Glycerine, Silicon Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Colours E122).
